@Mark_M What function are you using on the NVR to get car, people, etc information? Are you using it with IVS? Does it really slow down your NVR? Thank you sir.

If you add this doorbell to your Dahua NVR, can you also use an app to view it or get notifications? I have the DMSS app but I do not run it all the time because I have to run OpenVPN when I’m away from the house in order to use the app. Thank you!

Is Acupick an AI feature? If so, will it use a bunch of bandwidth?

I think you’d be crazy not to buy from Andy, especially over $30! The knowledge and time that he has for all of us is easily worth the $30. Sounds like you should hold off on buying a camera or look at Andy’s refurbished list!

Do you have it hooked to some type of chime? Where did you purchase yours at?

I did a quick google search on how to secure a Reolink NVR and this seems to be the most popular!!

@daves52380 I have a Dahua NVR and looking at getting a doorbell. Are you still using it? What model doorbell are you using? Are you using a POE cable between DB and NVR? Are you only viewing the doorbell through the NVR GUI? Thanks!

I have the S3 models and they all work fine using Edge.

I think there needs to be an updated sticky thread that describes the popular cameras specs and what situations you would want that camera for! Seems like this question gets asked every other day :)

There is also wall mounts (see picture), that you can use to mount on the side of your house. Just make sure you get correct mount for correct camera!
