Ahhh , back to my laptop at home and Ghostery along with my firewall appliance.

I dont mind digital ads, I was in the business for 30, yes 30 years. I do mind them when I literally cant use the site

Yeah, Brave has built in ad blocking that works. Maybe if you enter the site on mobile, they need to flash a big popup that says "Site only works on Brave Browser"

Between the ads and the screenshots of ads this thread is pretty much unreadable.

But yes chrome on mobile has become riddled with ads lately.
It used to be just a banner or two and a full screen ad when you clicked to navigate between threads but now it's just all ads.

Well...what's the plan, guys?
I’ve moved over to using Brave exactly for these reasons, with Chrome it made it pretty hard to spot the rare post between all the ads
Been using Brave for over 3 years now (I think) and have had excellent results as far as ads go....once in a while it will stumble and hang on the Home Depot site and I have to use Firefox on HD. Weird....:wtf:

No changes for me on Firefox or Edge on windows. Chrome on android tablet also still hosed. I guess our results might vary!

It is/was the inline/in-content ads that were the problem. They were stacking 3-4 deep and even in the middle of user posts. That part seems to have been fixed in IOS using Safari and Chrome for me
