What was the guy doing with a rifle at a "Peaceful" Riot Protest??? Austin is California 2.0 Even with no rifle the threat was all around him giving him the right, IMO, for self defense...when a crowd surrounds your vehicle and stops you from driving away. That is a DIRECT Threat to your life...don't believe me, try surrounding the President's vehicle and see what happens...even the Pope has a bullet proof vehicle for the same reason...
