All I can tell you is that I fixed the jitter as I have outlined above with the PSS tool in Camera settings under Encode.

The issue is in the video stream and you will see it regardless of the client. The PSS tool will allow you to modify and save the cameras settings.

Thanks for the trick on using the Bosch relay to interface to HA. Interesting that the DB11 actually has a couple of small batteries in it that allows it to continue operating even though the supply voltage gets yanked to almost zero!
