Thanks for your reply i tried the firmware in your link(and all E4 platform) but it is the same issue no "system update completed" I ordered an USB TTL adapter wich i will receive next week but there are not JST plug on the 2 camera how can i find the serial connexion pin. Regards

Yes the firmware don't have Hikvision backdoor vulnerability. DS-2CD1131-I is a dome and the DS-2CD1031-I is a bullet and both of them doesn't have a reset button. I have try all the firmware find here EU DOWNLOAD PORTAL but it is the same message. Any suggestions? Thanks
