Well I broke it maybe ??? I changed the ip address out of static and so I lost it completely and finally connected to a computer directly and in ipconfig says the address is 169.254.188.21 subnet 255.255.0.0 instead of my network 192.168.x.x ???? I tried everting I could find online to change it...

While I was looking in the App Store I seen this SentryPODS app which Ken apparently is into. Anyone have involvement with this or Equiptment

I got it working by going into the app and hit "Forget Server" and reinstalling them. :wtf:

I know this is a very old thread but my BI iPhone app is doing just that on my wife’s phone and mine , I rebooted the router and phone even checked my IP address nothing has changed but cannot connect to either of the 2 locations I have BI .

When my IP address changes it will do that, sometimes I can retry right away to connect and other times about 15-20 minutes

I'll have to try and update it in person net time I go out because it won't update remotely , I even restarted the remote computer .

I have 5.3.7.12 on a remote computer but can't get BI to update , I even tried Team Viewer. Any help?? It states "update command sent"

I signed up for this at a remote BI location and have get notification checked, how am I receiving this notification? through BI iOS app or on this site ? Also I typed in my no-ip .net address ? will this work? since my ip address keeps changing

My iphone app won't connect to my remote BI but will at the house BI , it connects to home even when I am out and about but it won't connect to my other set up. Also I can't connect remotely anymore from my home BI to my remote BI, I tried everything I could come up with.
