    Power company came by and got broken street light working again today. A new thing I see now, but never noticed in the past, is a top module that flashes an IR emitter. Motion sensor? Here is top of street lamp pole in color and IR.

    Where is that setting? I didn't run into that yet. It sure looks like they need more hysteresis in the tracking software. That would damp down the excess hunting. Like you, I'm tracking at increased distance - usually 50 to 100 yards for the animals here.

    Add image stabilization in Final Cut Pro and the result is quite nice despite the jerky camera tracking moves.

    Never did it this well before.... More jittery than my manual aiming, but getting actual automated tracking for animals is a step up from the standard firmware. These are a few examples that are getting caught now.
