I have two ip cameras that worked flawless for years until 3 days ago one of them stopped working. I have no idea what to do. Is it because I have to upgrade the software? I bought the BI software in 2017 or 2018. I'll provide additional information if needed

My BI app only works/connects when i'm at home using wifi. How do I get it to work whenever I'm not at home or using cellular data ios device? I was working fine before. I'm not really good at this stuff. appreciate anyone's help

What does that mean when you say first two octets? My WAN IP starts with two digit number, followed by a dot, then followed by a three digit number ( XX.XXX.X.XX:8881 ). There's no annual fee to use Blue Iris mobile App right? Also on my desktop I went on canyouseeme.org and entered 8881 as...
