Man who kept his boat besides his house was ordered by the city to put up a fence to hide the boat from view.

So he built the fence and hired someone to paint it.

Since these are not member videos I didn't post under "Camera Captures". I think most of us have seen such videos....it's a collection of CCTV clips of outdoor events, people doing stupid stuff, mostly accidents, many are funny, some are senseless but if you have up to 38 minutes to review, you may find it entertaining or maybe yawn-inducing.
