I had a sys working fine for yrs, just changed a couple cams from re-encode to D2Disk, started getting this "Sorry.." error. I resolved by upgrading BI, may have been a bug in 4.7.x.x, 4.8.x seemed to resolve fyi.

I know of a couple options(/hack), one is teamviewer, other is get a dual male 3.5mm plug, plug from line out to mic in, then run an appear.in video chat room w/cams turned off on your remote and on BI pc (w/mic on). Alternately, you could use a USB camera mic near BI pc speakers and appear.in

But that won't record motion, which I still want, just no sounds from BI

I need to hear other PC system sounds, but temporarily NOT hear BlueIris alerts. (without setting up new profiles) I've dug manuals and menues and can't find a way.

I'm not sure, but looks like a BI change pushed last night made ui2 STOP enforcing per user CAM GROUPS.... ?? jpegpull works correctly (for cam grps!) bp, tell me if u need URL to exhibit this (tried w/ui2 17.2 and .3)

I have older ver. of same cam. For erratic PTZ operation, try reducing frame rate, the CPU in the budget model is a bit slow/stressed at high frame rates. Also, I'm using powerline ethernet over my HVAC power lines, which is also error prone, UDP doesn't work for me, TCP required for reliable...

"Remember Me" was NOT checked in Settings (but was in login UI fyi). I may have disabled Anonymous previously. Thanks, great tool and support!

I believe that resolved my issue, Web Server->Authentication, change from non-LAN, to 'All connections'

Some progress, it only happens when within LAN, not via DDNS external public ip addr (from same LAN)... worked yesterday..

Was your test done using CAMERA GROUPS ? I don't recall changing anything... This was just after latest BI update... Strange that jpegpull works... Thanks
