Hi, new member here. My 19821W has been working fine for 2-3 years. But all of a sudden I get no picture, just a black screen. I can log on, and pan and tilt the camera as I usually can...but I get only a black screen. I checked that my ports are open. I tried ethernet hookup, but no difference...
