Problem with dahua VTO2201F and DMSS

I suggest to upgrade VTO fimware and MCU to latest versions General_VTOXXX_Eng_P_16M_SIP_V4.300.0000002.0.R.20210722 and General_VTO2000A-MCU_V3.000.0000000.0.R.20181123. You can grab neccessary files from my thread here: dahua-vto-vth-firmware-link-sammlung-anleitungen If this does not help, I...

    Question for VTO2311R-WP ?

You can hook it up any sip server and let your phones ring on button press. Even dooropen command will work with standard sip phones.

Sip Door phone / android SIP APP / RTSP feed

From my experience only the manufacturer's apps support this feature as it's not really 100% sip rfc conform. I know from dahua's DMSS/GDMSS plus.

    VTO2000A new V4 firmware

Off course you could flash the firmware once again. The risk in destroying it completely is quite high. What firmware version is on the device right now? Check it out with dahua toolbox. Anyhow I don't see a sense in flashing a new fw. It won't change the configuration, so your admin remains...

    VTO2000A new V4 firmware

Did you try to use another browser? As I see you are quite experienced with IT stuff, you might try Dahua Console to list complete config (use command "config all") and see admin password. Don't know if you can reset the blacklisting, as I've never experienced that.

Dahua VTO2000a with wrong MCU firmware

VDD was 3.3V in this case.

    TFTP Rescue with signed firmware

I'd use FW 4.3 since 3.120 was not even signed. All parts need to fit together - very important is off course the bootloader.

FreePBX with Dahua VTO + 2x VTH

I've no idea as group_call on vto's works with sip_number+hashtag+device_number only, as far as I understand. So this question doesn't fit here but in a 3cx forum.

FreePBX with Dahua VTO + 2x VTH

Just read my posts above in this thread. Setup VTO+VTH with vto sip server like it's described in manuals/video of dauha. Add an extra extension for your pbx on VTO's sip server and activate group_call. Then let your freepbx, etc. register on this server (add a sip trunk from pbx to vto, just...

FreePBX with Dahua VTO + 2x VTH

Regarding video from VTO on 3rd pty devices: Have a look at this thread, here we discussed this issue too. I get VTO video on my devices via rtsp (my sip phone is able to connect to a rtsp source) so I don't need sip video for now. Anyway, if you spend some time on that, you might be lucky to...

FreePBX with Dahua VTO + 2x VTH

    I configured my asterisk (chan_sip) this way: sip.conf: register => 9901#2:password@vto.ip/SIP_VTO extensions.conf: exten => 8001,1,Set(CALLERID(all)="Asterik2VTO" <9901#2>); VTO productive same => n,Dial(SIP/SIP_VTO/${EXTEN}) exten => 9900,1,Set(CALLERID(all)="Asterik2VTH" <9901#2>); VTH...

FreePBX with Dahua VTO + 2x VTH

You sould get a INVITE to 9901#2 from VTO - what you do with this in your PBX is up to u. If you route calls to the VTH via your SIP trunk (9901#2), then you should be able to address every single one.
  17. riogrande75

FreePBX with Dahua VTO + 2x VTH

Simply setup VTO+VTH according to manual/videos and enable group_call. Add a extra number (e.gh.9901#2) and let Asterisk/FreePBX register a trunk on that number. Then you'll get all (group-)calls on the PBX side as well and can forward, etc. it. Video for clients on the PBX side works either...

FreePBX with Dahua VTO + 2x VTH

Set it up with the vto Internal sip server and let freepbx register on that sip server too.

"Environment Error" on DAHUA VTH2421FB-P during config with VTO2111D-WP

VDPconfig was included in ConfigTool in dahua toolbox. This works for most devices unless the firmware is not too old (<V4).

    VTO2000A new V4 firmware

If you run a very old firmware on your VTO2000A-2, you should try to use an older VDPconfig tool to upgrade to V4.3.

Read out the chip, place correct bootloader at the start-address of the current bootloader and flash it. Then you should be good to start over again.

    VTH 5221D

No, you are pretty f*****. The only way to recover is to program the flash ic with a external programmer. Did this once, but it is hard for unexperienced users. I suggest to sell the device.
