Thanks for your help. On my circuit board, the network Xformer is a Group-Tek HST-0041 SAR. I checked both MB6S and appear to be ok (ohm chk).
I could scope out the ethernet signals, but without power-up not much info. ordered new components, will shotgun repair.
I have the Pro series SD59225U-HNI, which included external power supply AC24v/3A. Purchased in 2017. I looked at your schematic, the design is for external DC supply.
The cam will only power on with external supply. PoE+ switch will not power cam on. I did borrow a PoE++ switch, and cam powers on.
I stand corrected. sorry for the poor communication. My cam is SD59225U-HNI. Part numbering is so complicated.
I can obtain an external source but the fix would require another long cable run to the cam. Trying to avoid this, and get the PoE+ circuit repaired.
working on circuit, I suspect T1...
There is no external power plug on wire harness. Only bare wires for rs485 connections with RJ45 ethernet jack. The spec sheet calls for 24VAC, and I can power up with variac.
Cannot power up with PoE+ only. Attached is spec sheet.
I am having the same problem with SD59225 ptz camera. Was working on PoE+ until recently. Can also power up using 25V AC external power. Is there an injector available to provide 25 VAC @ 2A available?
Image lines are top, upper right and lower right corners. Have reset to default, cleaned lens but still have lines.
When varifocal zoom, lines remain.

Please advise
I am trying to setup NBK1000 via USB, using SmartPSS application. USB driver is from Dahua wiki, but will not install with Win10 OS. When opening devices in SmartPSS, the joystick is not recognized.
I would like to purchase the NKB1000 for use on my SD59225U-HNI. Will the joystick be configured using the cam and poe switch stand-alone, or do I need to run through smartPSS?
mat,
I am setting up a PC, router and POE switch for my 3 IP cams using blue iris. No NVR. Is there a post that will describe a networking scheme?
Static or DHCP? should I put switch and cams on subnet and configure rout table, or static ip everything on my local network (192......)?
I am an electrical engineer by trade, have experience with NICE vision. Setting up my home system with Amcrest NV4108E-HS and IP2M-851EW cams. Would like to add a Dahua SD59225U. Will all functions work?
Is anyone familiar with this configuration?
