    I like this PTZ.. HikVision - DS-2DF8C260I5XG-ELW 1/1.2" progressive scan CMOS @ 2mp.

Correct only single line and it seems like 4 is the max rules I can have no matter how many different presets ... Unless there is a setting that I am not seeing.

    I like this PTZ.. HikVision - DS-2DF8C260I5XG-ELW 1/1.2" progressive scan CMOS @ 2mp.

Right now, what I am confused about is why it allows only 4 rules, regardless of how many presets there are. It seems that I can only set 4 rules. Additionally, it also seems like the rules are somehow linked to the presets.

I think the camera firmware may have a bug, or I am doing something completely wrong and missing something. I feel like... So under VCA --> Smart Event --> Line Crossing. When I start setting rules, it seems like you can have up to 4 rules for this, and you can only draw a line, which is fine...

    I like this PTZ.. HikVision - DS-2DF8C260I5XG-ELW 1/1.2" progressive scan CMOS @ 2mp.

The image tearing was not there but The camera still seems to have a shaky image when PTZ move at high speed , but I think that's because of the screw. If that doesn't resolve after getting that screw in, then I may have to investigate further. But I'll start with that and hopefully that...

As far as the tearing issue goes, I believe it might be related to the site or something else. I just checked the original BlueIris video, and the tearing isn't present, as you can see in these images from the same time frame.

That tearing on 4/3? Not sure. The bobbling is what I'm thinking, maybe that screw which was stripped at the arm may have caused it, but I'm not sure until I can try to get that fixed. If that doesn't resolve it, then I'm not sure what it is.

    I like this PTZ.. HikVision - DS-2DF8C260I5XG-ELW 1/1.2" progressive scan CMOS @ 2mp.

The auto-tracking feature seems to be a bit diffrent, and the presets keep defaulting to 1 instead of adjusting for Preset 3 so I can setup rules for auto Track,,. I have a feeling I might be doing something wrong, so there's definitely a learning curve involved. I'll try to get the hang of it...

Yeah, it seems like it holds onto the moving subject longer, but it's only been an hour. Definitely seems that way so far. No, that Corvette is a different one.

Finally got the PTZ camera set up with the help of a friend—it's heavy, LOL. I noticed that during powder coating, one of the screws on the mount got stripped or something not sure from what though, so I'll need to work on that to ensure it holds properly. Currently, it's not entirely stable...

    I like this PTZ.. HikVision - DS-2DF8C260I5XG-ELW 1/1.2" progressive scan CMOS @ 2mp.

So, I finally picked up the mount from the metal shop today. Essentially, I had them cut out the Hikvision mounting plate in the back and weld in a Dahua mounting plate to fit the PFA120. Additionally, I had it powder coated to match the camera's color. Now will try to get it mounted soon at...

Suspects casing and returning later in the night.

Yeah, neighbors' rings usually don't even capture any details of vehicles or people at night. it reminds me of @wittaj's video he shared a while back (HA HA) to help enhance it...

Not on my system but on the other side neighbor has a ring cam or nest..I believe they have that piece of footage.

    I like this PTZ.. HikVision - DS-2DF8C260I5XG-ELW 1/1.2" progressive scan CMOS @ 2mp.

So, I just dropped off the HikVision mount at a Metal Fabrication shop to see if they can cut off the Dahua junction box and swap/weld it to the Hikvision to make the mounting process easier for me. The Hikvision mount is narrower and longer, However, I'm not getting my hopes up too high because...

Suspects casing and returning later in the night.

Last night, someone stole a Corvette from our street. Did get the getaway vehicle on camera hours earlier while they seem to be scoping the area, and then they returned at night.

    I like this PTZ.. HikVision - DS-2DF8C260I5XG-ELW 1/1.2" progressive scan CMOS @ 2mp.

I just got the camera over the weekend. First impression is it is really big :) and really well-built. I have not powered it up yet as it does NOT come with a mounting arm like Dahua, so I will order it and wait for it to arrive. Once that is here, then I will start testing and mounting it...

Also Andy is welcome to test it if he likes and has time and to post some videos here before he ships out the unit, but that's if he has time for that. Otherwise, I will post...

No word yet on the shipping. I'm guessing the Chinese New Year might be causing delays, so maybe soon :) Also, I'm a bit busy now LOL, so hopefully, I'll be able to have one of my buddies install it for me If it arrives. We just had a baby girl last week, so our hands are really full at the moment.

Anyone Know What Make And Kind Of Car This Is

No, likely not an RC; it usually has 'RC' written on the sides. There are a lot of customers in California now taking delivery of the CyberTruck, and also throughout other states. Right now, Tesla is pushing out the Dual Motor variant. The Tri-Motor is set to go into production later this year...

    Now that's a security camera

For me, the reason was really that I wanted to get one. Also, I got it a while back, and some of those PTZ cameras with larger sensors were not even available when I purchased the Sony. I have the Sony paired with a large sensor PTZ, so while the PTZ tracks, the Sony serves as a fixed camera...
