I'm still a bit puzzled why the ip address would change on the cameras that are connected to the switch in the shop. You obviously have not added more cameras than your NVR is capable of processing. While 1 poe port on the back of the nvr is most likely 100mb, which is more than enough...

plug your tp link poe switch into a vacant router port. I'm gonna assume you did it this way because it was easier to run the cables like you have them, but each poe port on the back of the nvr is suposed to be for only 1 camera. You may have to run a cable from your router to the TPlink poe...

Haven't read anythig in this thread. As far as i know dahua only makes 2 or less NPR cameras. They usualy are 2mp varifocal cams. Big ass cameras. The GUI has all kinds of stuff but nothing you can't read up on.... and yes with the right NVR just a few settings need to be done and the plate...

This may not be applicable to your situation. Some cameras/nvrs have corridor mode. I's especially good for hallways. Not gonna help with 10ft to 40 ft length fence, but in the proper location it's a great feature to try out.

They also make MOCA adapters that claim 1gig transmission ability with the 2.5 moca adapters. I have never used any but they are supposed to be plug and play.

Maybe a ptp bridge connetring the two buildings? If you have line of sight between them. Or if they are close enought a direct burial/aireal cable between the two buildings?
