The language pack of the dahua download page only shows the: 875367_General_VTH1510-data_EngTurSlkPldHgrFinCzeBul_P_16M_SIP_PART_V4.300.0000004.0.R.20190612.zip the same you have in the list of firmwares. vth5221d_4_3_multilanguage_file.bin is not supported and don't appear on the list

about the light make sure you have it from the permanent web server ....... if you put it in automatic with sensor it does those things

if you don't use VTNS1060A ..... with what do you feed the vto2000a? I have also connected directly to the router and powered with 12v apart and it works fine.
