I've got audio and video working for 4 of my 5 C500 cameras. For one of the cameras, the audio does not work. I get this error when turning on audio in Annke Vision software, "Camera1_North East Opening sound failed. Audio encoding error.(Error code: Guarding Vision.Video.C.exe[1624].)"
Audio in Blue Iris and the stream in VLC also doesn't work for this particular camera, but does for the others. All cameras show the same model numbers and none show a firmware update available.
Does anyone know what this means or why can I not get audio for this camera?
