Blue Iris App and Windows 10 update.

Hello, I'm running Blue Iris 4 and just did a windows 10 update from patch 1803 to 1903. Nothing was changed aside from the windows update. Afterwards the Blue Iris app on my phone would not connect to my BI Server. Making sure all internal and external ip's were still the same and restarting my pc and phone multiple times with no luck. I ended up reverting the Windows update back to 1803 and everything is back to normal and working fine. Phone connects back to the server just as before. This is really no fix to me because I can never do a Windows update in fear of the app not working. Maybe it's a simple setting when you do a update but I have no idea, any thoughts on the problem? Thanks
