I was talking to a seller on ali express and he was saying that he could no longer change the firmware on his Dahua IPC-HDW4300C made in 2015. This is probably old news to everyone here. My concern is finding cameras that work with my Dahua NVR4216. I bought it on ebay from a USA seller. Is there any restriction now with these NVR's not working with out of region cameras? If so I will have to be careful about buying the right camera. I am not sure how I can check the region of the NVR (if it even has one).
Anyhow I guess the safest thing to do is to pay the extra money and get the cameras from a USA seller.
