Could you please tell me can i create user and assign MAC address to him?

I need it to avoid sharing credentials between peoples.

Find your camera, download the manual, locate "account" or "users" and set up user name, password and access level.

I created user with MAC address. But user can't log in, and error message is the following: 'Login timeout'.
Do you know how to enable filtering by MAC address?

Model is Dahua HAC-HDW1200MP-S3 HD-CVI camera 2.0MP, IR LED 30m, 3.6mm(89.9°), IP67 - MEGATEH.eu online shop
It's high-rise building where we have near 100 apartments. And we would like to create individual user for each apartment and assign to MAC address. We require it to block sharing credentials between apartments.
Do you have any idea to avoid it?
