Hello everyone, my first post here
I got VTO and enabled the Dahua Cloud service on it. However, from time to time I get notifications on my phone via DMSS that VTO is offline. A few times a week and when does happen usually multiple notifications within a few minutes.
I've set up a ping monitoring check from the local network and it doesn't show any issues network related. Also got fiber to my house that works reliably and the internet is not dropping. Couldn't find a single post about this here
Is anyone facing a similar issue?
Are dahua cloud service unstable?
Is there an alternative solution to receive VTO calls on a mobile phone without cloud service?
