Please can someone help? Apologies I am new to all this.
I have a system, which has the above machine at the centre. I only have the User password and have tried to protect important materials I need for a court case.
Although it is no longer connected to cameras, it has started to delete the protected materials. I have also try to have the HDD removed and backed up to a machine but it says it is blank when we do this. So I have paid to clone the HDD for now.
HIK vision is what it says it is running when I boot it up. I have tried to ask HIK for help to no avail. I cannot find information to get the original ADMIN password.
Does anyone know the best options for me? I am fearful of starting up the machine in case things get worse and more is deleted.
I was looking for software that can read the HDD - the other choice was try to reset the ADMIN password but HIK say it is not their machine.
The information is vital for a large court case. Any ideas?
