hikivision ds-2cd3345-i 4mp turret activation problem

Hi Guys

I bought a this camera on ebay from China having a lot of trouble with activation process using latest SADP software ver 3.0 and 2.2.6 but its not accepting any of the password like 12345, 123456789, abc12345 try to reset by going through forget the password procedure but that's not even working for some reason either anybody can help please much appreciated.

Usually these cameras come preactivated, did you try just editing the ip in sadp and logging in with admin/123456789abc

Yes I edited new ip address and admin/123456789abc then modify but it keeps coming up with device rejected

Its giving me error 2018 others now I think I put passwords too many times Thanks i will tried out in a bit again

i have the same camera wont recognise with sapd before it worked perfectly
