Hikvision Video Intercom Lock issue

I have this system installed for a while, working well until the Indoor Station started showing two unlock button on the screen instead of one (I have only one Door Station) and showing "Unlocking failed" when any of the two is touched. Looks like the station is seeing two door stations. Any clue? Thanks!
