IEEE 802.3af PoE switch vs. Camera with PoE standard IEC 60950-1 ?

Hello all, new here, and to IP Cameras...

I bought a Planet PoE switch, FSD-604HP with:

• 4-Port 10/100TX 802.3af/at PoE + ; with
• 2-Port 10/100TX Desktop Switch

I see in the user manual that the above switch Supports the IEEE 802.3af PoE and IEEE 802.3at PoE+ standard, with PoE power output of 52V DC, 300mA max 15.4 watts, and for the plus standard, 52VDC, 600mA, max 30 watts.

AND...

I also bought a Hikvision camera, Exir model HKV DS-2CD2045FFWD-I, it states, on p6 of their instruction manual:

"input voltage should meet the SELF (Safety Extra Low Voltage) and Limited Power Source with 24VAC or 12VDC according to IEC 60950-1 standard."

Will the FSD-604HP switch work on this Hikvision camera?

Is this one of the generic user manuals that covers multiple models - or is it specific to the model you quoted?

24V AC is usually associated with a PTZ model.

In the data sheet, it says:

Power Supply:12 VDC ± 25%, PoE (802.3af Class3)
