Motion detection skipped

Hi All,

Having issues with motion detection on Hikvision cameras. Motion skipped capturing at the beginning of the recording. Object appears as ghost while viewing the playback.

All cameras are set-up as pre & post records by 5 secs but also cameras are not capturing the pre events.

Any suggestion on setting procedure to fix this issue?

It's setup on motion detection. but smtimes cameras are not capturing all the motion events. Its skipped the motions sometime.
