Good morning. I have an NSN-608-8P from Nelly's. The most recent FW from Nelly's is V3.4.96 build 171128 which is rather old at this point. What Hikvision model number does this correspond to? I'd like upgrade it to the latest from Hikvision, which I see is 4.x.x. But I'm not sure which actual model this thing really is.
Is there a known reliable process to upgrade this without bricking it? Should I do it via USB or is doing it via web interface ok?
