Sip Door phone / android SIP APP / RTSP feed

I understand any sip app can receive calls from any door phone.
Which app can pull RTSP feed before answering the call?

From my experience only the manufacturer's apps support this feature as it's not really 100% sip rfc conform.
I know from dahua's DMSS/GDMSS plus.
