All of a sudden there is a defined border around the image that is all pixelated and blurry. I have rebooted the NVR (I am assuming this reboots the cameras as well?) and that did not resolve the issue.
Cameras were wired and installed by a security company.
My internet speed is good at around 450mbps

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Try cleaning the front lens first. It looks like hard water spots.

Thanks for your reply but I highly doubt that is from water spots. If you look close you can see how perfectly straight the edges are of the blurred area. Look at the top right and bottom left. No way would water spots leave a clean perfectly uniform straight line like that.

Did you accidentally enable ROI (Region of Interest) in the camera settings? Having an ROI set for that inner rectangle would create exactly this effect. Everything outside of the ROI would be allocated very little bandwidth as the camera uses most of its allowed bandwidth to encode ROI. Look in the encode settings for the ROI page. Make sure all ROI's are cleared.

I don't know if the NVR also has an ROI setting.
