Unable to Rearrange Camera Windows by Drag n Drop

right click, uncheck drag lock.

After unchecking drag lock, the minute you try to click on it(to drag) it just goes to single image , not able to do any dragging

Is your mouse doing double-clicks when you do a click? This could indicate a charred microswitch in the mouse.

its not the mouse, it is doing a single click

A double click goes to single image, so it's either your mouse, your mouse settings, or you. Try again.

Ok, so let me reiterate a single click on my screen goes straight to single image. Not able to drag

I checked mouse, mouse settings,I changed speed of mouse to go to double click, I switched to a different mouse and always same thing straight to single image and not able to drag

This is because you have selected solo selected camera on the top right. You must uncheck it.
