Weatherproof external Mic for Dahua camera

Hi,

I have a DH-SD49225T-HN installed with POE (48v) .

How can I connect an external Mic (weatherproof) with this POE cat cable ?

I've read you can use a power splitter, but maybe there is a "all in one solution" to get everything fitted in the junction box

I haven't come across anything other than a splitter. Either that or run a separate 12v cable.
