Hello again I managed to get the stream working (kind of) by changing the "model" drop down list to "VLC Compatible RTSP" but the stream is absolutely awful and pretty much unworkable. The video freezes after 2 seconds and then jumps/stutters and freezes again often with a large green box...

Hello Yes I tried that and it identifies an open rtsp port is open but doesnt configure the settings to get the stream. It's an HDMi encoder that is providing the stream.

maybe a stupid question but have you checked your external ip address hasnt changed? you can type "show my ip" into google when youre on your home network nd then check that against your configuration on your phone? Although if you used the automated method of gaining your ip addresses within...

Yeah, I am by no means an expert in this field. I have 3 systems running, all working with android and have had my fair share of problems (100% of the them my fault). Oh, and also does your new phone show in the mobile devices tab in the settings?

Have you checked the frame rate in blue Iris is at least 2 more than you have set on the camera? I had similar issue once and this was the problem for me. Do you have local record option at the camera on sd? If so maybe check if it's the same there. Hope it helps
