I've got 2 of these cameras and I lose my ptz control about every 30 minutes. I have to unplug them from the switch and everything works fine again. I've gone through 3 different poe+ switches, I've done a factory reset on the back of the cameras, firmware is up to date. One camera is about...
Yes it is both. I also noticed, If they are working properly I can go into my phone app and reboot the device and it reboots the cameras like it should. However, if they are not working it doesn't respond at all.
They ran Cat6 cable. Not sure about the ends as I didn't do the installation. I'd say the longest one is 150ft max. The other is maybe 50 ft. I've only got those 2 cameras on it.
I've got 2 Dahua SD59430u-hni running in Blue Iris. Everything works great for a couple hours and then I randomly lose ptz control on both cameras. They still pick up motion and record I just can't move them. If I unplug them from the poe+ switch and plug them back in it goes back to normal. If...
I can see it but it won't pull the cameras up when I try to use those ip's. I have a PoE switch here that Comcast left from some other cameras. Could i ditch the NVR and just connect the Dahua cameras into the PoE switch and run Blue Iris?
Yes it is set up as admin. I've also tried downloading it a few different times.
Yes I did
I'm having trouble getting just the cameras to pull up. It only picks up the nvr.
I can only get the NVR to pull up in a device search. Makes sense what you're telling me though.
