hi sir..the file firmware you posted is it the edited one..from EN to CH? I also have Chinese version monitor ..same model..I too can't upgrade..I tried hiktools but since I have very less knowledge of CMD I could not edit the firmware

How to edit hikvision intercom indoor monitor firmware language from 1 to 2 using hiktools. ..I tried a lot but shows access denied or path incorrect or unable to open dav file..please help I am trying on firmware 1.4.71 my monitor is Chinese version so Iam trying to change language from 1 to 2...
