Just bought a used Hikvision DS-7716NI-SP/16 on Ebay

Hi all,

I just bought a used Hikvision DS-7716NI-SP/16 on Ebay today. How do I tell whether it's a US model or not? The seller shows a picture of the barcode with model number etc. see below:

Ok another question, since it is used, how do I reset to factory defaults if the password has been changed and the seller does not know what it is? And what is the recommended firmware version I should be running?
