Works with Blue Iris and produces a smooth framerate on Android. The Blue Iris viewer seems to be limited to about 8 FPS, but MJPEG setting on TinyCam Monitor seems to get full framerate.

It also works directly with Hikvision & ONVIF cameras and supports hardware h.264 decoding (and most of the Hikvision features). The H.264 decoding directly from the IP cameras takes considerably less processing power and bandwidth than MJPEG so the performance and resolution can be increased considerably before it starts to lag.

For a remote viewing kiosk, works great.

Have you checked your CPU usage when using TinyCam? I used it (v7) to connect to my Blue Iris install and CPU usage on my BI box skyrocketed. When using the Android BI client, it hovers around 15-20%, but with TinyCam, it shoots up to 90%+. This is all connected directly to the BI client and not to the actual IP cameras themselves though.

I must say that the picture was probably the smoothest I've ever seen and the layout options are amazing... so, I'd MUCH rather have TinyCam up for live viewing of my BI machine if I can get my CPU issues squared away.

Anyone else?

Yes and you have the option of mjpeg, jpg or h.264. But Blue Iris h.264 doesn't seem to be hardware decoder friendly, so the benefits of TinyCam are lost. Connecting directly to the camera substream is the best performance and doesn't impact Blue Iris. If connected to BI, use for smaller streams like webcams (320x240 isn't too bad).
