Hikvision turret/dome cameras

After mounting a turret came such as the: Hikvision DS-2CD2342WD-I 4MP
Can the camera be rotated left and right as well as up and down? Mounting it to a wall so I want to make sure I can orientate the camera correctly for its placement. Thanks in advance.

On the turrets, there is a little screw that you loosen. It allows you to point it almost anywhere. Then tighten the screw. Take your cell phone with you and view it live and it becomes a one person job.
