DS-2CD3332-I Trim ring really doesn't want to move

I've just got the turret camera DS-2CD3332-I and the trim ring you need to remove to the install really really doesn't want to move.

It looks to be in place properly but is really stubborn and I'm very wary of using tools for leverage against plastic.

Any suggestions ?

Use a very light touch, some reason less is more when you try to get the ring off. Very counter-intuitive lol

You're a star ! I went from gripping it like Arnold Schwarzenegger while trying to avoid crushing it, to just using 2 finger-tips and it moved easily. A firm grip must bind it up I guess.

That could have become very frustrating :D
