Yes of course, reinstalled lot of times both server & android client (with data cache & complete cache clear)
Tried to contact 2 times support, they looked and after some interaction & tests, always the same answer, nothing special detected may be related to the phone HW

I think you should try different vers of this app or trying other Cam viewer for Android. There're many many.

EXACT SAME PROBLEM HERE!

Moto X Pure Edition
Android 6.0

I installed the BlueIris app from the store, put in the server settings. The preview screen comes up fine (the screen that shows all the cameras at the same time), but when I click on any of the cameras individually, they never load.

I uninstalled, reinstalled, same thing. The preview screen loads, but not the individual camera screens.

The exact same settings work perfectly on my old phone with Android 5.1

Welcome to the forum. Email support, that is the only way to get something like this resolved..

I did, they said that because the server is v3, they no longer offer any support at all.

So, even though the exact same version of app works on other phones with the current server properly, the fact that the server is v3 means that they won't help with the app.

Upgrade to V4 it's only 30 dollars....

I have the same problem on an Moto X Pure running Android 6.0. Blue Iris V4. Still works on a Samsung Tab A running 6.01 and a Motorola Droid running Android version 4.4.4. I will give the uninstall and re-install options a couple of tries. I noticed there was some success.

Nope, the unistall and re-install sequence did not work at all.

Just logged in to say I have the exact same issue on a Moto X Pure and Android 6.0. Has anybody identified the problem with the Motorola phones yet?

I had the exact same problem on the same phone. I hate to tease you, but I got mine to work. I reloaded Blue Iris on the phone, reloaded BI on the computer and changed a couple of settings on the phone. But........... I can't tell you exactly what cured the problem. Just so you know, that phone can be made to work. Sorry I can't be more specific.

When you say that you changed settings on the phone, do you mean in the BI app or the settings of the phone itself?

Ok, update... Last night I loaded the app on my wife's phone which is the same model as mine and it worked! So as a last ditch effort, I deleted the app from my phone once again and reloaded it from the Play store and it started working.
