I have Dahua NVR4208-8P coming soon and already purchase 4TB WD purple for local storage.
In the mean time I would like to find option to upload recording up to cloud for storage.
I see Amazon drive have unlimited photos and videos storage for $60/yr, and wondering if I could take advantage of it or not.

nope; first of all the NVR wont do it directly.. secondly it'll destroy your internet upload speeds unless you have fiberoptic internet.

do your cameras have SD storage? just put a card in em to record redundantly for.. they wont hold as much footage but it'll keep several days at least as a backup if NVR fails.

Augus,

You didn't mention WHY you want to upload to the cloud.
- Backup the video? (Redundancy)
- Concerned the NVR could be stolen during a burglary?

If either reason, then maybe consider putting an NAS device somewhere on your network. Basement ceiling, attic, back of a closet, etc. Somewhere the thieves won't find...
