I like how she looked around to see if anyone was watching. Duh ... you've been caught on video!

Oh I got that. As does the Sheriff's office and 4 local TV stations...

Hard to catch as the Tag camera is temporary while I get new Starlights up in the coming week.

Is that a NJ tag? If so, I'm not surprised

They're accepting all kinds of poorly qualifed people. Some kinds of thieves, incompetents, and miscreants just blend in a bit better with the suit and tie crowd.

Yes and Yes
On our little cul-de-sac street we have a total of 3 Starlights (2 mine and one belongs to the HOA which I am President of)

We capture tags with 3 pre-existing AXIS 1364's/1365's for that. The Starlights are for Overview

Basically, if you enter our street and turn around and leave at some point, I've got you on 10 different views including 3 shots at your tag. The exit and cul-de-sac tag cams have a 95%+ success rate, and the entry tag cam (at a difficult 30+ degree angle of attack) about 75%.
*Here's a start to finish (top to bottom of page) series of images and video clips showing how we record a vehicle entering and leaving the neighborhood.

The HOA owns 5 cams, three at the entrance and two at the cul-de-sac. All 12ft high on solid square aluminum poles. We just got a 5MBs cable line ran to them over the Holidays, and I'm still not sure that's enough?. We record to the cloud via EagleEye Networks and coupled with my 2 CVI 2MP Starlights conveniently in the middle of the street ;) we cover the little 41 home dead end neighborhood pretty well.

Currently having issues with the EagleEye bridge, getting stuttering and ghosting on playback, but hopeful that they just need to crank up the throughput on the bridge since the new install of the Dahua's and the new cable connection.
