@dmoller, you sure about that? I just added it to cart and calculated shipping.. cheapest option was DHL @ $90 which put the total @ ~$383USD.. and it says it can take up to 25 days before delivery.

@EMPIRETECANDY will DHL this out to you for ~$340USD IIRC; just have to wait for after the new year for him to get more stock.. I bet he's sold out right now.

I'm keen to buy this camera as it seems to be excellent bang for your buck.

Has anyone purchased cameras from CCTV-MALL in the past?

I see they have this camera for $296 delivered - wholesale SD49225T-HN - buy DAHUA SD49225T-HN 2MP 25x Starlight IR PTZ Network Camera DH-SD49225T-HN review

I've purchased from cctv-mall a number of times and had very good experience and communications. That said, it did take 3 weeks each time and then 2-3 days for DHL to deliver once they got the product from Dahua. To nayr's point, @EMPIRETECANDY can likely get it for you quicker and for less.

Yup same here, $383.26 DHL to my location and 25 working days.

Right now, you'd be lucky to get one shipped to you before the holiday. Especially with how this thread is going. Starlight Dahua cams are in high demand thanks to the fine people on this board. I'm grateful for the reviews and feedback.

This camera can't come soon enough for me......unfortunately we've got a drug house at the other end of our street and my Huisun PTZ simply isn't up to the task :)

I'd mount a camera specifically for the purpose of monitoring that house, maybe you will catch something that will get them all arrested and out of your neighborhood. There is a house near mine that has been empty and up for sale for a couple of months and yesterday I noticed the mailbox bashed in and graffiti on the front wall. I'm thinking about pointing a camera at it to just record 24/7. I've been burglarized and this neighborhood is pretty low crime based on the crime map on the city PD's website, I was robbed in my last neighborhood, I don't need that crap again, and neither do my neighbors.

Sometimes I think all us IP camera enthusiasts should move to the same place. And then when some idiot tries to steal out of our cars the cops get 20 angles on the guy.
Criminals are pretty dumb but I don't even know if they would try, which is fine with me lol it would be surveillance row. with 4-6 or more shots of their license plate etc etc etc lol that would be awesome though, I look around but there is only one house around the corner from me that I see cameras on and it looks like some kind of compound with a bunch of broken down cars and stuff, I'm not sure if I should be scared to try and knock on the door and make friends lol. I do find myself looking at every house and building for cameras though and then wondering what they have. I think at work they use dahua turrets. they look like this but un branded and given how cheap this company is they are probably real low res lol. HAC-HDW1100R-VF | Dahua Technology

How are your camera related projects going? you still making that custom website for viewing the camera? I need to set up a demo copy of BI in a VM and try that out.

Going well as ever. My custom BI web interface is linked in my signature.

I never see other houses with cameras on them. Businesses, sure, all the time, but not houses.
