Bummer, it's the same version as mine. Thanks anyways nayr.

I'm having trouble with the ptz on my camera through blueiris. Everything works fine for a minute or two and then suddenly the controls freeze up and no response for half a minute. The video streams fine the whole time.

can you replicate the same issues with SmartPSS or the WebUI?

In the WebUI everything works perfect. I haven't set up SmartPSS yet, but I'd assume the same. Here's screenshots of my settings.

Hey that seemed to help a bit nayr. It still does freeze up some, but certainly not as bad.

Umm yea I changed ports manually. I was going to open up that port for a sec so a friend could view the camera remotely, but never got around to it.

I've been having the same issues with this camera and BI PTZ controls. I've emailed the developer about the issue. I'll post back when I get a reply.

PTZ on WebUI and Smart PSS work flawlessly.

Is there a setting I have to do? Because right now clicking on the camera and dragging just moves the camera window around.
Hey I'm having the same issue with SmartPSS. Did you ever figure it out? It looks like a lot of fun.

I can draw a box, but it just moves to the box location without zooming in.

Edit:

Nvm I figured it out. You have to draw a vertical rectangle on the point you want to zoom in. A horizontal rectangle just moves to the spot without zooming. Wierd.

Edit2:

Nvm I figured out what I figured out was actually wrong. The box shape does not matter. Pull the box down to zoom in. Pull up to zoom out.

Please do. Although it's better now with Mr. nayrs' setting recommendations, it's still insanely annoying.

I'm a little bit confounded about something with this camera. The mount to be specific. Is there a reason why it tilts the camera away from the wall/pole when attached? I've never mounted a ptz before that's like this and I've mounted a few. Even my SD49225T-HN hangs straight down. It's very annoying when at certain angles the image is tilted.

Well I made sure side to side was level.. It's mounted to a truss in a large building. I guess the truss might be tilted... This will be interesting to fix lol

stack some washers under the mount on your lag bolts until its all nice and square.. hopefully its minor and only takes a lil adjustment.

It was indeed the mount that caused the issue. The beam that I'm holding the mount against is definitely square. I circled the bubble on the level. Thanks for the tip nayr, I was able to adjust it with about 5 washers on the top bolts. I find it hard to believe I'm the only one that received a dud mount? 2017-01-27 17.53.53.jpg

Hmm I guess someone's math was a little screwy during the last batch of these mounts

or someone dropped the jig onto the ground, nobody measures anything in mass production.. hopefully andy can get yeh taken care of.. a level mount is kinda critical for a ptz lol
