Probably asked too many times but I did not find the way around.
Having a BI license, does it include a iPhone/Android app license? Just one? If I need two then... Thank you very much in advance - dhei

Hi Fenderman, if I get you right, each app installation (not the same person) has to be licensed individually - thank you for your answer - dhei

If you are asking if you need a license for the Blue Iris Android app, no you don't. It is free on Google Play but you do need to have a licensed version of the Blue Iris Windows software running to be able to use the Android app. You need a license for each Windows PC running the Blue Iris Windows software. I don't know anything about the iPhone app but looks like it costs $9.99 US on the iTunes App Store.

Not sure if this is 100% true... You will need to purchase a licence for the Windows "Blueiris" software then purchase a copy of the "Blueiris" application for each platform, i.e. one for Android and one for iOS. In the UK the Android version of the app is about £6.50 and £9.99 for the iOS version. Not sure about other regions.

If you've already spent a small fortune on your camera setup, what's $20 ;)

You are correct, there is a charge for the Blue Iris Android app too -- $10.28 Cdn for me. I must have paid years ago and had forgotten. I have it installed on four Android devices so pretty inexpensive in the whole scheme of things. Sorry if I misled.

the nice thing is being able to install it on as many devices as you want, and he's never charged for an upgrade, I bought the android app a few years ago and it just keeps getting updates. if you cry about the cost of the android app you're in the wrong hobby.

This is correct. Buy it once for each platform (android and iOS) and install on multiple devices of the same platform. US is $10 for each platform.
