I've had BI working fine for many months now. Just recently I haven't been able to scroll through alerts on my app. When I look through files on comp it works fine and catches everything but seems to skip a number of alerts when viewed via the app. I have the latest version of the PC s/ware and app.

Any suggestions?

Same problem here, starting last night... Not sure what happened, but my Blue Iris PC froze, so I restarted it, and then installed the latest Blue Iris update when prompted. Now there is nothing showing up on the Alerts screen of the mobile app, but if I go to the cameras themselves I can see how many alerts each has and click on it to play the most recent one. Same thing happens on both iOS and Android versions, but all seems fine on the PC.

I've tried repairing the database, and even wiping out all the recorded files and DB files to make it start over from scratch, but no luck with either approach. Is this just a bug in the latest update, or did something get messed up when my PC froze up last night?

I've had this issue for a couple of months now with previous updates as well. Tried reinstalling app as well as removing/adding camera to BI. No luck still.

Its as if all the markers for each alerts have gone. I can view the full clips from the app but can't scroll through the alerts.

I just updated to v4.5.5.0 yesterday and I'm not having any issues with alerts using the iOS app.

Thanks, I too have updated to v4.5.5. I can scroll through some alerts but not all in the app. I can scroll through all on my home PC however.

Just an update to let forum members know that this was resolved by reinstalling the software and manually adding all cameras again. I did not import the previous settings as this caused the same issue. All working now and thanks everyone for their responses :)
