@blake - that supplier of yours should have access to ALL the HIK low light now since I'm pretty sure I know who your talking about. They aren't really stocking them, but I've gotten half a dozen this month tho because of this months "deal". They drop ship, but I'm getting them in a little over a week from order placement to delivery.
Here in Texas majority of my installs are two-story houses with brick at least halfway up. My best way to try and keep cost down with a good product would be the low light bullets that I can mount either to hik boxes or 4" round metal weatherproof boxes and a poe nvr.

They look awesome. Sadly where I used them I wasn't able to take pics of install or what they were covering (data center environment with serious NDA), but the low light performance with the 2mp domes inside I would say easily compare to the starlight.
