Anyone have any ideas on what the best solution is to fix this? Whole new motherboard, or is there a intel video card i can use to replace this? I also use one of the display ports for video out.... Frustrating problem to have right now! @fenderman

Is anything displayed on any of the computer's video outputs when you first power it on?

Be sure to try different cables and monitors.

I suppose I should double check that... it is cutting out via rdp as well...
Verify PSU output voltages are what they should be and are nice and stable. Clean / remove dust, verify all fans are operating properly.

I had a fan bearing seize when I was out of town on a 100+ degree day a few years ago, deep fried several hard drives.

Run a RAM test.

If the video is cutting out via RDP there's likely a software problem
