Nothing for now I have to try to reset on the room, but I'm now waiting for the crane to climb to 10 meters. I'm also waiting if I can tell the technician what the dahua engineers say

The machine works regularly all day but I can only access webgui after about 19.30.
This is what makes me think it feels more like a problem with the light sensor and when it increases the bitrate it does not do it anymore and completely closes the LAN line and is not even visible from ping

This seems like a different issue than what i'm experiencing. My SD59 keeps performing power-on-selftests every 2 minutes. It repeats it constantly 24x7 if connected to power. I had to disconnect it and i still have no idea what to do to fix this. I've not been able yet to take the PTZ down to do a factory reset.
I closed everything and isolated the cam from everything but it persists. I found on http api cgi some settings that are not on web interfaces so i think it's a frmware problem having upgrate to the previous one and being for several devices has made some confusion over overwrite the previous so there seems to be a network lock setting After a certain amount of time to connect to wegui calculated in minutes of access

I do not want to look controversial but talk a lot about dahua as a good cam sold around the world and I find a problem casino, firmware posted on the official site removed because they create problems and not even an explanation about it. But does not it have a pdf with up-to-date instructions? Not to mention the http api commands that stop at v.1 I had to use those amcrest but not complete and you do not understand anything..
Not to mention firmware bugs that if you do not use upnp the mail does not work and how to open the ports a burst of network connections.
I think it's a Chinese strategy to spy on the world

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS, factory reset did the job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I also disconnected it from my POE+ switch and connected it through the powerbrick that originally came with the camera, just to be sure it didn't have a POE+ issue. It now works and i have full control over the camera again! I'm so relieved. Now i need to get it back up the wall again.

I needed to reset it 4 times in a row before it actually worked

Frank,
The reset button on my camera doesn't seem to do anything.
I have held it for over 1 minute with power on from brick.
Did you do anything special in your procedure?

Some have reported, with cam power off, hold reset, then power up while continuing to hold the reset. Some report also needing to continue to hold reset for 2 minutes or more after power is applied.

First time I turned the camera on, held the reset button for 90 seconds and it didn't work. Then I tried it again for 60 seconds and again nothing. A third try I pushed it about 2 or 3 times for just a few seconds and suddenly it worked again. Strange random behaviour, but finally it worked.

Anyone tried the new firmware and PTZ software yet?
I've tried it on the ptz 59430u and it works fine. Well i have a problem with smartir that turns off the LEDs after zooming 7x and if i zoom zooplus always stay on all the leds even 1x zoom.
Then I noticed that the webgui after a while disconnects and I have to re-enter the password.
The rest works all ok autotrack ok

Installed it too and so far it's working okay. I experienced also that the webgui disconnects and i have to login again. I guess it's a security timeout thingy.

Just appeared sometime in the past couple of days.
Mentioned elsewhere that the webgui times out at 60 minutes.
