Hey guys,

So I've realized that lighting in and around my home is a challenge. Can anyone comment on the difference in performance between the ultra low light models vs. the Darkfighter? The ultra low light are definitely closer to my budget but I'd be willing to go piece by piece if the darkfighters are that much better. I thought about looking into the Dahua Starlight as they are much cheaper but I like Hikvision so far. Thanks!

I have all 3, I don't think the Darkfighter is better image wise than the other two. I prefer the Dahua for the features though.

Awesome! Thanks for the feedback. I'm already into the Hikvision thing so I'm going to try and stay there. I'll give an ultra low light a try.

I'm curious. What features does the Dahua camera have better than the Hiks?

I have both styles. They are both good and have their pluses and minuses. I have Hikvision NVR's and tend to go that route. That said I do have 3 of the Dahua's all different models.
