Ouvis VZ1 - video loss from Blue Iris

Hi All
have a Ouvis VZ1 PTZ camera and it drops video from Blue Iris setup, but the video is still working via web browser.
running Win 10 64bit , BI version 4.5.9.2 x64

BI setup for this camera
Make - Ouvis veezon
Model - VZ1
Media/video/rstp port - 554
discovery/onvif port - 8999
video section
path - /livestream.cgi?user={id}&pwd={pw}
params - streamid=0&audio=0&filename=
camera -1
audio section
path - /audiostream.cgi?user={id}&pwd={pw}&streamid=2&filename=
format - 32kbps G.726

this is common with these cheap cams...the browser uses a different protocol...
try increasing the receive buffer in blue iris to 20mb ...video>configuration
wire it up

also forgot to mention it is hard wired not connected via wifi

I have tried increasing to 20MB and still dropping video

@fenderman I'm still having this issue with the video dropping out.
can you recommend a or a few inexpensive PTZ with 2 way audio (cameras indoor is ok) that works good with BlueIris
